The Bureau of Student Affairs and Alumni Administration (BAKA) has the principal duty of providing administrative services in the fields of student affairs and alumni within Universitas Muslim Indonesia. In carrying out this duty, BAKA performs the following functions:
- Administration of student affairs and alumni;
- Fostering students' reasoning, interests, talents, and hobbies;
- Improving student welfare, including management of scholarships, assistance, and insurance;
- Guidance and development of student organizations (ORMAWA);
- Facilitating student participation in local, national, and international competitions;
- Developing achievements and granting rewards to outstanding students;
- Managing alumni data and empowerment and conducting tracer studies;
- Correspondence services and legalization of student documents;
- Reporting of student activities (including SIMKATMAWA).
