Student Development Based on Character and Integrity

University Indonesian Muslims (UMI) continue to be committed to strengthening the moral foundation of students since the beginning of setting foot on the lecture bench. This is realized through provision of special materials by Vice Rector III UMI, Prof. Dr. H. M. Kamal Hidjaz, SH, M.H., which carries the theme of "Coaching and Development Character and Integrity Based Students " on the Week series New Student Islamic Boarding School. 

Activities which took place at the Darul Mukhlisin UMI Featured Islamic Boarding School, Padanglampe, Pangkep Regency, was enthusiastically followed by students a new compact wearing a green alma mater typical of the UMI campus.

In his presentation, the Vice Rector III emphasized that UMI students not only required to excel academically or intellectually, but it is also obligatory to have moral superiority. Strong character and integrity highly rated as the main key for students to be able to become agents changes that bring benefits to the people and nation.  

Through this program, UMI hopes that all new students can internalize islamic values and pesantrenan discipline so that they are ready to face the challenges of the professional world in the future while still upholding honesty.
